芬顿氧化法处理焦化废水中的过程控制

摘    要:济钢焦化废水处理采用A2O2-混凝沉淀-芬顿氧化工艺。芬顿氧化法在运行过程中常因Fenton试剂配比(Fe2+]/H2O2])及絮凝剂的投加量较难控制等原因,出现出水COD超标,出水浑浊、悬浮物超标,出水发绿等问题。通过采取及时对硫酸亚铁和双氧水投加量进行微量调节,及时排泥、定期清理Y型过滤器,及时人工添加氢氧化钠溶液等相应措施,保证了出水水质稳定达到国家二级排放标准,最好时COD控制为70 mg/L。

Abstract:Jinan Steel’s coking wastewater was treated by anaerobic-anoxic-oxic-coagulation-sedimentation-Fenton oxidation process. Due to the following factors such as the ratio of Fe^2+] and H2O2], the difficulty of flocculant quantity control and so on, we may meet the following problems such as the output water’s COD is above the discharge standard, the output water is muddy and the suspend solid is above the standard or the output water is green and abnormal during the operating process with Fenton oxidation method. Through adopting some measures included controlling the adding quantity of Fe^2 +] and H2O2], discharging sludge immediately, cleaning up the Y-filter on time, or adding alkaline liquor;the output water’s index will reach the discharge standard steadily. The best COD of the output water can reach 70 mg/L.
