激光材料加工的数学模型

摘    要:本文从求解激光加热的热传导微分方程入手,分析了材料表面加热、熔化和汽化时温度分布的特点,还分析了激光快速加热和冷却下的组织转变模型、性能模型及激光相变硬化、激光熔敷合金化、激光焊接切割等加工方法的数学模型,介绍了在激光材料加工数学模型的研究中所得的几种主要结果。

Abstract:The temperature distributions of laser surface heating,surface melting and surface vaporization were obtained from solving the differential equation of heat conduction. The microstructure transformation and propertymodels under the conditions of laser rapid heating and cooling were analysed. The process models of transformationhardening,surface cladding and alloying,welding,cutting were introduced. At the same time,the main research results obtained in the study of mathematical models of laser material processing were introduced also.
