分流式液力机械变矩器的传动特性研究

摘    要:基于2K-H型行星轮系的运动方程,给出了分流式液力机械变矩器(HSTC)自锁的判断方法;提出了HSTC功率流的分析方法;建立了HSTC的结构参数与传动参数之间的关系,对比分析了各种型式的HSTC的效率、变矩比、分流比等传动参数.研究结果表明,在没有功率循环和自锁的情况下,HSTC的传动效率高于液力变矩器,HSTC比液力变矩器具有更宽的应用范围.所得研究成果可为HSTC的计算和设计提供理论基础.

Abstract:Based on equations of motion of 2K-H planetary gear trains, given a determine method of self locking of hydrodynamic power split torque converter (HSTC); Put forward an analysis method of power flow of HSTC; and established the relationships between structural parameters and transmission parameters of HSTC; The transmission parameters of all kinds of HSTC such as power flow, torque ratio, power split ratio and efficiency are compared. The results of research show: if HSTC have no power circulation and self-locking, the efficiency of HSTC is higher than hydraulic torque converter, and applications of HSTC are wider than hydraulic torque converter. The study results can provide a theoretical basis for calculation and design of HSTC.
