| 摘 要： | 随着电信网规模不断扩大，复杂程度越来越高，社会经济生活对其依赖程度不断增加，因此为保障电信网的可靠性，提高其运营效率，建立一个有效的电信管理网已成当务之急。文中阐明了建立电信管理网的必要性，介绍了国际电联之电信管理网ＴＭＮ的基本功能、结构与组成，及其标准化问题。希望能通过本文的介绍，增进大家对电信管理网ＴＭＮ之重要性的认识和其基本概念的了解。
