| Abstract: | The design and performance of a 16-channel 2×2-b CMOS correlator chip with 22-b on-chip integration, operating at a typical clockrate of 64 MHz, is presented. The chip, developed by the Netherlands Foundation for Research in Astronomy (NFRA), is used for the construction of large wideband correlation spectrometers.
