液化石油气储罐安全的模糊综合评价

摘    要:
根据液化石油气储罐发生事故的情况,通过调查研究,将危险物质与设备、职工素质、作业环境、综合管理四个因素作为模糊评价模型的一级评价指标,建立液化石油气储罐安全评价指标体系,进而通过建立评语集、确定评价因素的权重、确定权重等级的隶属度来完成液化石油气储罐安全可靠性的计算,最终确定其安全等级.解决了传统的安全评价方法中需将所有因素定量化的问题.

Abstract:
Based on the investigation of LPG-tank accident,this paper appoints dangerous substances and equipments,staff quality,operation environment and integrative management as the first-class index of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Moreover,safety evaluation index system is established for LPG tank,in order to calculate safety and reliability through comment collection,weight of evaluation factor and membership grade of weight level.Finally,the safety degree can be determined.These solve the problem of quan...
