| 摘 要： | 介绍国内城市窨井清淤领域的抓泥车抓斗的发展现状,传统抓斗设计方案难以实现高质量、高效率的窨井清淤工作。分析对比国内几种双瓣式及多瓣式抓泥车抓斗的优缺点,在此基础,设计一种抓斗容积可灵活调节的新型抓斗,并着重从颚板设计、抓斗机构设计及抓斗动作的设计几方面介绍其总体设计方案与工作原理。该种抓斗能使窨井抓泥车提高工作质量和工作效率,为抓泥车抓斗的设计提供了借鉴。 |

An Overall Design Scheme for the Shovel of a New Type Dredge Vehicle |

| Abstract: | Present situation of dredge shovels for domestic city inspection shafts dredging is described in the article. Traditional shovels design couldn't accomplish the shafts dredging qualitatively and efficiently. Advantages and disadvantages of several dual petals shovels and multipetals shovels are analyzed and compared. On the basis, a new type shovel with adjustable shovel capacity is designed.
