无损光面爆破在洪家渡水电站洞挖中的试验研究

摘    要:无损光面爆破是采用细药卷进行光面爆破的一项新技术 ,在洪家渡水电站 4号上坝施工支洞和上游导流洞施工支洞中试验获得成功。该项技术对围岩几乎不产生破坏 ,且壁面光滑平整 ,半孔率达 80 %以上 ,超、欠挖能控制在 10cm以内 ,减少安全处理时间 ,缩短工期 ,降低工程成本 ,比常规光面爆破有较大突破 ,具有推广价值

Abstract:Smooth blasting without damnification is a new technology using thin explosive roll to couduct smooth blasting.It has applied successfully in tunnel excavation of Hongjiadu Hydropower Station.It hardly damages surrounding rock,after blasting the wall of rock is smooth,half-hole ration is above 80%.Application of the new blasting technology can make the over or less cutting control withon 10%,shorten safety treatment time,shorten construction period,and therefore reduce engineering costs.
