摘    要:PYB1200型圆锥破碎机是散体物料破碎的主要设备,广泛应用在冶金矿山工业中。然而,由于其腔型结构设计不合理导致工作效率低下,能耗高,不能适应现代工业生产的需要。论文采用多目标优化方法对圆锥破碎机腔型结构进行研究分析,得出了优化后的腔型曲线和产品粒度分布曲线。优化后的腔型更接近于理想的腔型曲线,可以为圆锥破碎机的实际生产提供具体的参考数据,也可以为改善圆锥破碎机性能的进一步研究提供可鉴之处。

Abstract:Cone crusher is the main equipment of rock material crushing and it is widely used in metallurgical and mining industry.However it is inefficiency and high energy consumption,because of its chamber structure unreasonable design,which can not meet the needs of modern industrial production.The thesis first introduced the working principle of cone crusher.Using the method of multi-objective optimization to calculate through studying and analyzing chamber structure,and obtain optimized curves of cavity type and product size distribution.The optimized cavity closes to the ideal curve,which can be used to provide reference data in the actual production and also can support the further research on improving the cone crusher performance.
