| 摘 要： | 介绍进口新油种——卡斯蒂利亚原油生产高等级道路沥青的试验情况。通过实验室研究和工业生产试验,开发出了两条混炼加工卡斯蒂利亚原油生产道路沥青的工艺路线：与伊重原油混炼,可以生产70号B和90号B高等级道路沥青;与沙中原油混炼,则可以生产出性能优良的70号A道路沥青;与沙中原油（1：1）混炼,还可以生产出性能优良的50号A道路沥青。结果表明,卡斯蒂利亚原油是好的沥青生产原料,可用于生产高等级道路沥青。

| Abstract: | Preparation of high - grade paving asphalts from Castila Crude was described.Through the laboratory research and production trials,two process routes of paving asphalt production from the mixed refining of Castilla Crude were developed.Mixed refining of Castilla Crude with Iran Heavy Crude,70# B and 90# B high - grade paving asphalts could be produced;mixed refining with Saudi Arabian Medium Crude,70# A high - grade paving asphalts with excellent performances could be produced;mixed refining with Saudi Arabian Medium Crude(the mixed ratio was 1:1 approx),50# A high - grade paving asphalt with excellent performance could also be produced.The results showed that Castilla Crude was a kind of good raw material for asphalt production and could be used in the production of high - grade paving asphalts. |
