| 摘 要： | 介绍了航天电子产品镀银零件特性及相关镀银层的质量要求.通过几个生产过程中出现的镀银浸亮质量问题案例分析,介绍了铝合金氰化镀银因前处理方法不当引起的浸亮工序故障及排除方法,以及铜件氰化镀银因浸亮槽液成分比例失调导致银层浸亮故障及解决方法.并根据多年的生产工艺实践,总结了生产过程中避免镀银及浸亮故障发生,保证产品质量的一些经验及操作过程中应注意的有关事项.
