| Abstract: | The preparation method of gas reference material for H2 and CF4 in Ar is discussed. It is proved that the gas reference material reaches the standard rate of secondary reference material from its reference value of stability and calculation of uncertainty. This preparation method is feasible and the value is exact and reliable. |
