蒸汽供热管网凝结水损失的影响因素及其分析

摘    要:针对山东地区蒸汽供热管网热损失大的问题,通过对某热电厂蒸汽供热管网的调查,计算了蒸汽主管线不同季节沿途凝结水损失率和热量损失率,分析了蒸汽管网凝结水损失和热量损失的影响因素,得出蒸汽管线设计管径大、管内流速慢、架空敷设是管网能量损失的主要原因,并提出有效减少蒸汽管网能量损失及凝结水回收利用的途径.

Abstract:The thermal energy loss problem of steam heat system in Shandong areas was discussed. The steam heat pipe network was investigated and the condensate and heat loss rate of steam piping in different seasons were computed. By analyzing the condensate and heat loss dates of steam piping, the large pipe diameter, low velocity of steam and elevated overhead were the main factors of the energy loss of steam pipe network, and several measures were presented to reduce energy loss and to recovery condensate of steam heat pipe network.
