摘    要:
以云南硕多岗河梯级电站为主要研究对象,介绍了在调峰任务下梯级水电站的短期优化调度模型的改进方法,并建立相关数学模型.利用遗传算法可以从多初值沿多路径全局寻优的特点,打破了逐级寻优的常规方式,对梯级6站15台机组进行整体求解,总结其厂间和厂内的调度运行规律.分析遗传算法寻优得到的结果以及该模型反映出的机组和梯级各电站的特点,并与常用的梯级调度和水电站经济运行方法进行了比较.结果表明,该模型较好地反映了梯级电站在调峰任务下的水力联系和机组的运行特点.

Abstract:
Taking the cascade hydropower stations on Shouduogang River in Yunnan Province as the main studying case, an improved method for short-term optimized operation dispatching model of cascade hydropower stations under the peak clipping operation is introduced herein, and then the related mathematic model is established as well. So far as the optimization is concerned, the integrated solution for 15 power units in 6 stations of the cascade hydropower stations is made by the genetic algorithm with its characteristics of optimizing with multiple initial values and multi-path, which improves the conventional method of optimizing step by step. Furthermore, the operation dispatching laws inbetween and inside the stations are summarized. The optimized result obtained with the genetic algorithm and the characteristics of the power units and the stations reflected by the model are analyzed, and the comparison between the conventional cascade operation dispatching mode and the economic operation mode for the hydropower stations is made, from which the results show that the hydraulic relationship and the operation characteristics of the cascade hydropewer stations under peak clipping operation can be better presented on the whole.
