摘    要:搭建回转干馏炉冷态实验装置,通过实验研究了回转干馏炉5种转速n =17,13.3,10,6.8,3.4 r·min-1及3种倾角α=216°,3.24°,4.33°,在不同出料口直径/干馏炉内径Dc/D=0.4,0.56时,对油页岩颗粒停留时间分布的影响.结果表明:油页岩颗粒在回转式干馏炉内的停留时间随转速、倾角及Dc...

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of seversl factors on the mean residence time of oil shale particles were investigated using experimental rotary retort,including different rotation speeds(n=17、13.3、10、6.8、3.4 r·min-1),different angles of inclination(α=2.16°、3.24°、4.33°),different ratios of outlet diameter/retort inner diameter(Dc/D=0.56、0.4).The results show that the mean residence time of oil shale particle decreased with the increase of rotation speed,angle of inclination,and outlet diameter/retorting inner diameter.At the rotation speed of 3.4 r·min-1,inclination angle of 2.16°,there is sharp increase of the mean residence time and the variance.
