摘    要:强迫功率振荡理论可理解为电力系统非负阻尼功率振荡.本文仿真分析了风电场(由3种不同风力发电机构成)接入电网时风扰动与负荷功率随机波动相叠加所引起系统传输功率振荡情况.仿真结果表明:对于不同风力发电机组成的风电场,扰动引起的系统传输线功率振荡幅度是不一样的;渐变风和随机风分别与负荷扰动叠加时,引起的传输线功率振荡幅度最大...

Abstract:The theory of forced power oscillation in the power system can be regarded as power oscillation of non-neg- ative damping in power system. The paper simulated and analyzed transmitting power oscillation induced by superpo- sition of wind disturbance and load power random fluctuation when wind farm (which consists of 3 different wind tur- bines) switching in power grid. The simulation results showed that, the fluctuation from different wind turbines caused different system transmitting power oscillation. When ramp wind or stochastic wind added load fluctuation separately, it caused the highest power oscillation amplitude, and led to a large change of the power plant output in the region, which brought huge influence on the safe and stable operation of power grid.
