| 摘 要： | A/D转换器是许多电子系统中的一个重要器件,其性能好坏直接影响到整个系统的性能指标。本文介绍了一种自动测试系统,可对12位及12位以下的A/D转换器的转换特性进行测试。系统采用了模块化和开放式的设计方法,分别对各个模块进行优化设计,并且各个模块可以按需组合。文中重点介绍了该自动测试系统的硬件实现及系统调试。

| Abstract: | A/D converter is a key component in quite a number of electronic systems. Its performance has directly impact on the performance of the system. This paper introduces a type of automatic test system that can test the transfer function characteristic of 12-bit or less than 12-bit A/D converters. The idea of blocking and opening is adopted. The whole system is divided into different building blocks and each block is optimized. At the same time, each block may be assembled according to specific need. This paper focuses emphatically on the hardware design and debugging of the test system. |
