| 摘 要： | 结合钢铁企业面向订单的拉动式生产特点,介绍了安钢为了适应市场竞争形势,以满足客户个性化需求为核心,按订单组织生产以及计划管理的特点,并从一体化管理的角度对拉动式生产模式进行了优化和改进,提高了生产过程的管控水平,使企业产销模式更加适应市场变化节奏,产销服务水平得到进一步增强。

Pulling reduction mode is optimized and improved from integrated management, which raises the management and control level of process and enhances production and sale service level. |
