| Abstract: | Betaine is one kind of quantenary ammonium alkaloids,which Mainly comes from biological samples and chemosynthesis.The research progress on content determination methods of betaine has been summarized,such as colorimetry,nonaqueous titrations,electrophoresis,thin-layer chromatography scanning method etc.It aims to provide the scientific basis and help for the further research of betaine. |
