摘    要:现场总线作为一种连接现场智能设备和自动化系统的数字式、全分布、双向传输、多分支结构的通信网络,在电厂DCS系统中应用广泛,但国内目前现场总线的标准不统一,电厂DCS系统中各类设备类型众多,并采用多种现场总线,使得不同协议之间的网络通信出现障碍。以3种比较具有代表性的PROFIBUS-DP、iCAN、MODBUS现场总线搭建基于DCS的多现场总线实验平台,为电厂的多总线应用提供解决思路。以脱硫系统为例进行了系统测试,实验结果证明该实验平台通信稳定,实时性良好。

Abstract:Fieldbus,as a digital,widely distributed,and two-way transmitting communication network with multiple branch structures connecting field intelligent equipments with automation system,has been widely applied in DCS of power plants.However the fieldbus standards are not unified in China,and the DCS equipments are of various types with multi-filedbus,leading to network communication errors among different protocols.Based on three typical fieldbuses(PROFIBUS-DP,iCAN and MODBUS),a DCS-based multi-filedbus experiment platform is built to provide some solutions to the application of multi-fieldbus in power plants.The desulfuration system testing exemplifies the communication stability and super real-time performance of the proposed experiment platform.
