孤网频率稳定控制综述

摘    要:分析了孤网频率特性,提出了适合孤网频率控制的调速器、水轮机、汽轮机、负荷、OPC模型和控制方法;阐述了HVDC的辅助调频和一次调频的协调,探讨了在事故状态下对孤网运行的高频切机与低频减载措施和相互间的协调;另外,给出了各频率的分层分散协调控制措施,使其能够最大限度地抑制事故状态下孤网的异常动态频率行为。

Abstract:This paper firstly analyzes the isolated system frequency characteristics,then describes the means feasible for the frequency control,namely,governor,hydraulic turbine,steam turbine,load and OPC model,as well as the control methods.Secondly,it expounds the HVDC auxiliary frequency regulation and the primary frequency regulation coordination.Meanwhile,the application and coordination of the measures of high-frequency cutting machine and low-frequency load reducing are discussed as for isolated network operation in case of accidents.Finally,the layered and decentralize coordination control is suggested in order to inhibit the abnormal dynamic frequency to the maximum degree.
