| 摘 要： | 在企业战略创新能力系统演化分析中，运用超循环理论，以企业知识管理子系统为例演示其反应循环模拟，以战略创新要素子系统为例演示其催化循环模拟，在反应循环和催化循环的基础上最终构建了企业战略创新能力系统的超循环模拟，并进行了企业战略创新能力系统的超循环进化模拟。

| Abstract: | On the analysis of evolution for system of enterprise strategic innovation competeneies, based on the hyper - cycle theory, simulation of reaction - cycle was firstly described with enterprises knowledge management subsystem as example. And simulation of catalytic - cycle was demonstrated with strategic innovation elements subsystem. Then the simulation of hyper - cycle was constructed for system of enterprises strategic innovation competencies. Finally, the evolution simulation of hyper - cycle for system enterprisesstrate~ie innovation comoeteneies was demonstrated. |
