摘    要:以CuO为主活性组分,过渡金属为掺杂组分,在γ-Al_2O_3载体上浸渍制备复合催化剂.对造纸制浆废水采用催化湿式氧化处理,考察Cu负载量,掺杂组分的种类和掺杂量、焙烧温度和时间对催化剂对造纸废水的催化降解性能.结果表明,在Cu的负载质量分数为6%,助剂Mn的掺杂质量分数为4%,700℃下焙烧4h制备出在负载型Cu-Mn二元复合催化剂.在反应温度为200℃,氧气分压为2 MPa的条件下,废水的COD去除率最高可达88.1%.

Abstract:The complex catalyst was prepared by the impregnation method using CuO as main active composite. transition metal as doping composite and Y-Al_2O_3;supporter. The treatment of paper-making wastewater was adopted with catalytic wet air oxidation. Effect of catalytic degradation performance of catalyst on paper-making wastewater was investigated, including Cu loading, species and amount of doped component, temperature and time of calcinations. The results showed that the binary complex Cu-Mn supported catalyst was prepared when amount of Cu loading and Mn doping Were 6% and 4%, temperature and time of calcinations were 700℃ and 4 h. The COD removal rate of paper-making wastewater reached 88.1% under temperature 200℃ and pressure of oxygen 2MPa.
