智能化联锁保护系统技术改造总结

摘    要:利用DCS实现的大型合成氨和尿素全装置智能化联锁保护系统,是国家"八·五"重点科技攻关项目,该系统具有较高的可靠性、准确性和关联性,带有事故记忆和逻辑判断、智能化功能,它能替代操作人员要进行的大量操作和紧急事故处理,实现了智能化联锁保护功能,避免了工艺装置的误停车及停车时的扩大化和停车时的扰乱与失误,消除了因仪表造成的误动作及误停车现象,保证了工艺装置长周期安全稳定运行,投运效果良好。

Abstract:he DCS intelligence interlocking protection system in large-scale ammonia and urea plant is a key technical item ofthe national"Eighth Five-Year Plan".The system has higher reliability,accuracy and relativity,with error memory,logicjudgement,and intelligence function.It can carry out operation instead of the operator and deal with the eventual shut-down.It avoids process unit mistaken action and shutdown,shutdown enlargement turbulence and faults during the shut-down period,eliminates the mistaken action and mistaken shutdown due to the instrument faults,thus ensures safe,stableand long poried operation of the process unit.Implementation demonstrates its satisfactory result.
