谐波齿轮传动系统非线性扭转振动仿真软件设计

摘    要:结合谐波齿轮传动基本原理、非线性动力学理论、数值分析方法和计算机技术等设计方法开发了谐波齿轮传动系统非线性扭转振动仿真软件,该模型考虑了考虑传动误差、非线性扭转刚度以及间隙等非线性因素,仿真软件系统采用Windows界面风格、操作方便简捷、人机界面友好,是专为研究谐波齿轮传动系统的非线性动力学特性而开发的。对XB-80-134H型谐波齿轮减速器的实验结果证明了软件的有效性。软件仿真结果可以为设计以及实验分析提供依据。

Abstract:The harmonic drive system nonlinear torsional vibration behaviors analysis software,which integrated the principle of harmonic drive,the theory of nonlinear dynamics,the numerical analysis method and the technology of computers,has been developed.New transmission error formula,new nonlinear torsional stiffness formula and backlash are considered in this model.The software has Windows GUI style and facility for operation features.It is special for study on the nonlinear dynamics behaviors of harmonic drive system.Experimental results for a harmonic drive reducer with type of XB-80-134H verify the effectiveness of the software.Simulation results can be used as a reference for design and experimental analysis.
