摘    要:对陈四楼煤矿21108综采工作面大倾角俯斜开采中所遇到的技术管理难题进行了分析,特别指出了在设备防滑、防窜矸、皮带巷防煤(矸)滚落伤人等方面的安全技术管理难点和重点,提出了解决问题的有效措施,使大倾角综采工作面俯斜开采实现了高产高效,取得了较好的经济效益,为大倾角综采工作面俯斜开采积累了经验。

Abstract:The technological and managerial problems are analyzed in the slope - mining approach which is applied in the highly- inclined No. 21108 fully mechanized mining face in Chensilou Coal Mine, with special emphases on safety and technological management on preventing slippery, channeling rock and falling rock. The effective measures to solve these problems are pointed out. The sloping mining approach will lead to high productivity and efficiency and result in better economic benefits. More experience is accumulated for the sloping mining technology being applied to the highly- inclined mechanized mining faces.
