低温溶胶凝胶法制备尖晶石MgFe2O4纳米材料

摘    要:采用新型低温溶胶凝胶法制备尖晶石结构的MgFe2O4纳米微粒。在此方法中,由于前驱体凝胶的高均匀性,使得反应温度和时间比固相法和其它化学方法极大降低。结果表明,在70℃下形成了尖晶石结构约在15~20nm之间的MgFe2O4纳米微粒。

Abstract:Spinel nanoparticles of magnesium ferrite were synthesized by a low temperature sol-gel route.As the high homogeneity of precursor gel prepared by this route,a substantial reduction of the reaction temperature and reaction time were occured compared with solid-state route and other chemic methods.The results proved that the spinel structure of the sample was formed at 70℃with particle size between 15nm and 20nm.
