| 摘 要： | 后现代理论认为城市充满复杂性、多样性和不确定性,应重视对历史文脉的延续和人的多种需求,主张用动态、高兼容性、可持续发展和延续文脉的方法去解决城市问题和规划城市.基于后现代规划设计理念,在历史街区更新保护中可借鉴"嫁接更新理念",重视对历史建筑的"改造再利用",实施"弹性发展单元""刚性 柔性"的功能控制,协调社会多元主体的利益.
