基于ANSYS的输电铁塔非线性稳定性分析

摘    要:基于非线性稳定性分析理论,以-220kV真型试验塔为工程背景,按照试验资料运用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立精细化试验塔有限元模型。对覆冰,有张力差最不利试验工况下试验塔进行非线性稳定性分析,探讨输电塔的非线性行为,得出其极限承栽力。分析结果表明,作为高耸结构的输电塔,塔架在破坏前会发生明显的塑性变形,在荷载未超过限值时对输电塔进行监测和巡视对于输电塔的防灾减灾是行之有效的。研究结果为我国输电线路的安全运行提供参考依据。

Abstract:According to the nonlinear finite element analysis theory and experimental date, taking a 220 kV test tower as the research back- ground, the finite element model of the test tower was established by using of finite element analysis software ANSYS. Nonlinear buckling a- nalysis of transmission tower was carried out under the most unfavorable load ease. In the end, the nonlinear behaviors are summarized and the uhimate load - bearing capacity of the test tower is obtained. And the results show that the tower will have the obvious plastic deformation before its destruction and it is effective to disaster prevention and mitigation for monitoring and patrol of transmission tower before the limit load. The research results provide very important reference and basis for the security operation of transmission lines.
