摘    要:实验中,九种SPF-1和SPF-2型电线由两个带电导体供电,被分别敷设在有可燃物和无可燃物的房间内,研究它们在火焰和辐射热作用的情况下,可能出现的电气损伤情况。实验选用18AWG绝缘良好的和普通绝缘的两种铜导线。目的在于评价火灾环境中电线的工作状况和研究火场中电线的电流特征及其对附近可燃物所产生的影响。实验表明:在火场中并非所有电线都会出现短路,但在电线附近有可燃物存在的情况下,如果辐射热强度达到40kW/m^2,电线一般都会出现短路迹象,铜导线可能会被熔化甚至熔断;在无可燃物存在的情况下,即使辐射热强度达到40kW/m^2,电线也不一定会出现短路。实验数据表明:火灾与电线受损情况及电流工况之间并无任何显著的内在联系。

Abstract:In the experiment, nine SPT 1 and SPT 2 wires are electrified by two charged bodies, and they are distributed in two rooms with combustibles and without combustibles. The electrical damage of the wire under the effect of flame and radiation heat has been studied. 18 AWG fine insulated and normally insulated copper conducting wires have been selected. The purpose of the test is to evaluate the condition of the wire and to study the current property of the wire and its effect on the nearby combustibles in the event of fire. The result shows that not all the wires have short circuits. However, if there are combustibles, and if the radiation heat reaches 40 kW/m 2, the wires generally have short circuit. The copper conducting wire may melt; but in the case of no combustibles in the room, even the radiation heat has reached 40 kW/m 2, the wires don't have short circuit. The test data shows that there is no obvious relation between fire and the wire damage.
