| 摘 要： | 针对基于复Morlet小波和Harmonic小波函数的带通滤波器的不足,提出一种在频域具有几乎"盒形"特性、时域又能迅速衰减的改进带通滤波器。为了解决滚动轴承的损伤类故障诊断问题,提出基于该滤波器的梳状滤波与包络解调方法。仿真实验表明:该方法可在故障调制频率及其谐波频率上进行窄带滤波、抑制带外噪声,轴承故障特征频率的包络谱谱峰清晰可见。 |

| Abstract: | According to the insufficiency of band-pass filter based on Morlet wavelet and Harmonic wavelet,a novel complex analytical band-pass filter with the characteristics of nearly box on frequency-domain and rapid decay on time-domain is proposed.Then aiming at the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings,a comb-filter and envelope-demodulation method is presented based on the band-pass filter.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method to pass fault modulating signal in narrow bands and suppress the ... |
