冷轧厂含铬废水的产生源头及处理方法研究

摘    要:鉴于六价铬的毒害性大,在进行冷轧厂含铬废水处理研究过程中,通过对含铬废水来源及铬离子分布的了解,系统介绍了含铬废水的特性和处理方法。同时,介绍了一种处理效果稳定、投资不高、操作可行的还原沉淀法工艺。此外,也指出了对镀锌钢板涂镀钝化液的研究重要性和源头控制污染的必要性。

Abstract:Hexavalent chrome is of toxic. Sources of chrome-containing waste water and distri- bution of chrome ion were studied in disposal of the waste water from a cold roiling mill. The characteristics of the waste water and disposal method were presented systematically. Meanwhile, a reduction-precipitation method with stable effect, low investment and feasible operation was introduced. Moreover, it pointed out the importance to study passivating solution of galvanized steel sheet coating and the necessity to control pollution from source.
