摘    要:该文介绍了运用连续折叠单向倒塌爆破技术拆除长沙市城市建筑工程公司一幢8层框架结构楼房的爆破方案,钻孔和装药参数的选择,由于被爆体距变电站,文化广场主楼,居民楼较近,因而对爆破震动,坍塌体宽度和焊破飞石的控制要求较高,采用孔内,孔外延时起爆技术,使楼房逐层逐跨下落,有效地降低了爆破震动和楼房大面积塌落时引起的冲击震动,所获得的一些经验对类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:By selection of drilling pattern and charging parameters and the blasting plan, the demolition of a eight storey framed building by blasting with continuous folding and one way collapsing is performed. As the building to be demolished being quite near to a transformer and inhabited buildings, it is important to control the ground vibration and flying rock. For this reason,the skill of delay ignition inside or outside the holes is used in the blasting enables the building to be pulled down storey by storey and frame by frame and the ground vibration and flying rock are effectively reduced. The technique could be used for reference in similar demolition project.
