摘    要:高效节能型制冷供热地源热泵技术现得到越来越多的广泛关注,但是其控制系统设计大多未考虑气象参数、末端负荷的变化,对系统运行工况、负荷率,能效等产生的影响。本文针对影响系统能效的因素进行分析,设计了控制系统,在进一步提高电源效率,降低对电源网络干扰的同时,减少了因全年的总取热量与总排热量不等带来的第一级换热器的效率逐年恶化等问题,改善了换热器长久高效的工作性能。实际应用结果表明:该设计具有较好的系统能效水平,节能效益、经济效益及环境效益有一定的优势。

Design and Application of Control system for Ground Source Heat Pump Unit
Abstract:Now efficient energy-saving ground-source heat pump technology for refrigeration and heat supply attracts more and more attention, but its control system design mostly does not take into account the influence of the changes of meteorological parameters and terminal load on the system operating conditions, load factor and energy efficiency etc.. In this paper, the factors influencing system efficiency are analyzed, control system designed, the power efficiency further enhanced and power network interference reduced at the same time, the annually deteriorating efficiency of first stage heat exchanger caused by the unequal total heat amount and the total discharge heat also decreased and the long and efficient working performance of heat exchanger improved. Practical application results show that the system design has better energy efficiency level, the energy saving benefits, economic benefits and environmental benefits have certain advantages.
