基于大数据的企业信息资源整合优化方法研究

传统资源整合优化方法存在检索渠道单一、耗费时间长、被动地响应企业需求等问题，无法满足企业的个性化需求，为此，在大数据背景下对企业信息资源整合优化方法进行研究。重点研究基于优化平台结构的信息资源整合的方法。该方法主要依据构建主义理论和资源依赖理论，遵循信息资源创建、使用、整合以及效果评估这四大要素，构建优化平台，完成信息资源能力和自主整合能力的提升，形成有效利用信息资源的良好环境。从功能、检索、基本特征、资源组织、整合技术五个方面，对比传统信息资源整合模式与基于优化平台资源整合模式，验证基于优化平台资源整合的效果。实验结果表明，该优化方法具有信息资源整合准确、完整，检索渠道多，速度快等优势，大大提升检索速度，实现了企业信息资源的高效整合。

Research on the integration and optimization of enterprise information resources in the context of big data

The traditional resource integration optimization methods exist retrieval of single channel, long time consuming and passive response to business needs and other issues, can not meet the personalized needs of enterprises, therefore, under the background of big data, the integrated optimization method of enterprise information resources is studied. The method of information resource integration based on optimizing platform structure is emphasized. This method is mainly based on the theory of building socialism and resource dependence theory, follow the four elements of information resource creation, utilization, integration and effect evaluation, an optimization platform is built to improve the ability of information resource and independent integration, and to form a good environment for the effective utilization of information resource.From five aspects of function, retrieval, basic characteristics, resource organization and integration technology, this paper compares the traditional information resource integration mode with the optimized platform resource integration mode, and verifies the effect of the optimization platform resource integration.The experimental results show that the optimization method has the advantages of accurate and complete information resources integration, many retrieval channels, fast speed and so on. It greatly improves the speed of retrieval, and realizes the efficient integration of enterprise information resources.
