摘    要:目前结合Zigbee无线传感网络和嵌入式技术的实际应用层出不穷,通过使用Zigbee无线传感技术,方便地实现信息的智能获取与系统管理。系统基于CC2530模块为控制核心的前端数据采集节点,利用CC2530搭载GP2Y1010粉尘传感器、二路光耦测速传感器、DHT22温湿度传感器、BMP180气压传感器实现对数据的实时采集、处理。同时利用CC2530射频单元搭建Zigbee网络,实现数据的无线传输与共享。树莓派上位机界面通过串口触摸控制整个系统,系统完成一次数据通信转接板指示灯闪烁一次,提高了控制平台的便携性和数据通信的可检验性。最终进行系统现场实测,设计既可以实现低功耗数据采集,又可以实现树莓派对数据的实时监测和处理,整体设计确保生产生活安全、经济、有效、健康地进行。

Design of factory environmental monitoring system based on Embedded System
Abstract:At present, the practical application of Zigbee wireless sensor network and embedded technology is emerging in endlessly.Information can be more convenient to achieve intelligent access and system management by using Zigbee wireless sensor technology.System based on Embedded System.The system is based on the CC2530 module to control the core of the front-end data acquisition node, using CC2530 equipped with GP2Y1010 dust sensor, two opto speed sensor, DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor, BMP180 pressure sensor to realize the real-time data acquisition, data processing. At the same time using CC2530 radio frequency unit to build Zigbee network, and realize wireless data transmission and sharing.PI PC interface to control the whole system through the serial port touch.The adapter board indicator light flashes once when the system completes a data communication.Thus improving the portability of the control platform and the test of data communication.The design not only can realize low power data acquisition, and can realize the real-time monitoring and data processing of raspberry party overall design, ensure production and life safety, economic, effective and healthy manner through field test.The overall design to ensure the safety of the production and life, economic, effective and healthy.
