Abstract: | At present, the power company''s marketing business is in charge of a large number of systems and new types of business. As a key intangible asset of a company, customer knowledge has become an important factor for enterprises to gain competitiveness. The construction of the electric power knowledge management system can not only integrate the enterprise''s knowledge collection, sharing, and update, but also complete the iterative management of the modern service system of knowledge management. Based on the study of the modern service system theory of power companies, it is proposed that the power enterprise knowledge management system can be constructed from a knowledge base management system, a mechanism support system, a knowledge operation system, and a knowledge map system to construct a knowledge ecosystem, and a knowledge management system can be designed. The architecture diagram starts with the application layer, service layer and storage layer of knowledge, constructs a power knowledge management system, and analyzes the application effect of the power knowledge management system in the actual business to provide new information for further improving the application level of knowledge management in the power company. |
