基于激光点云数据的输电线路安全检测分析研究

摘    要:输电线路安全检测与分析是电力系统的智能化、数字化建设不可或缺的重要组成部分。当前输电线路超高压、大容量建设趋势,增加了输电线路检测与维护的难度。因此为提高人工巡检效率,突破复杂地形对巡线的局限性,提高空间定位精度,设计了一种基于激光点云数据的输电线路安全检测分析系统。系统功能主要包括电力走廊点云自动分类提取、安全检测分析,能够对电力线、杆塔等输电设备数据以及建筑物、河流等其他走廊地物数据进行自动分类提取;通过检测电力线与其他走廊地物之间的距离判别危险点类型,生成安全分析报告;为验证系统有效性,将系统分析数据与人工现场测量数据进行对比分析,结果表明,该系统能够精准地判别输电线路危险点,具有较高的实际应用价值。

Security Detection and Analysis System of Power Line Based on Laser Point Cloud Data

Abstract:The safety detection and analysis of transmission lines is an indispensable part of the intelligent and digital construction of power system. At present, the trend of ultra-high voltage and large capacity building of transmission line increases the difficulty of transmission line detection and maintenance. So to improve the efficiency of artificial inspection, break through the limitations of complex terrain to patrol, space positioning accuracy, we design a based on laser point cloud data analysis system for transmission line safety testing. Automatic classification system function mainly includes the power point cloud corridor extraction, analysis of safety inspection, to be able to power, data transmission equipment such as tower, and building, river and other corridors automatic classification feature data are extracted; By detecting the distance between the power line and other corridor objects, the danger point type is identified and the safety analysis report is generated. For validity verification system, the system analysis and artificial field measurement data, this paper compares and analyzes the results show that the system can accurately distinguish transmission lines dangerous points, has higher application value.
