中国再生铬资源回收利用研究

摘    要:我国铬矿资源匮乏,产量极低,铬矿资源消费量大,一次资源对外依存度高,供需矛盾突出,再生铬的回收利用可弥补部分需求缺口。通过借鉴美国等典型国家再生铬的回收情况,立足于我国再生铬回收利用现状,利用类比法和趋势外推法对我国未来再生铬的回收情况做出预测。预测2028年前后,中国再生铬的回收利用将达到发达国家水平,再生铬的回收占比稳定在需求量的30-40%,年均可回收量约为160万吨。2020年、2030年和2035年,中国再生铬的回收量分别为125万吨、161万吨和162万吨。据此提出加强再生铬资源回收利用管理等对策建议。

Abstract:Chrome ore resources are character with scarce, low yield, and chrome ore products demand, a large dependence on foreign resources, high supply and demand contradiction in China, and through the recycling of chromium can make up part of the demand gap. Based on the recycling situation of recycled chromium in typical countries such as the United States, the recovery of chromium in China ,this paper makes use of analogy and trend extrapolation to forecast the future recovery of recycled chromium in China. It is predicted that the recycling of recycled chromium in China will reach the level of developed countries around 2028, and the recovery of recycled chromium will be 30-40% of the demand, and the annual recoverable amount will be about 1.6 million tons. In 2020, 2030 and 2035, China"s recycled chromium recovery were 1.25 million tons, 1.61 million tons and 1.62 million tons. It put forward to strengthen the recycling of chromium resources recycling management and other countermeasures and suggestions
