摘    要:采用电刷镀技术制备了快速镍和,n-SiC/Ni、n-SiC/Ni-W复合镀层,研究了镀层的干摩擦磨损特性,测定了镀层的显微硬度,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察分析了镀层磨痕形貌.结果表明:纳米粒子的加入可以显著地提高镀层的耐磨性.纳米复合镀层的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,而纯镍镀层以粘着磨损和磨粒磨损为主.

Abstract:Nickel as well as nickel and nickel-tungsten based nano-SiC composite coatings were prepared by electro-brush plating.The dry sliding wear properties of the coatings were studied.The microhardness was tested and the morphology of worn surface was examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the wear resistance of the nanocomposite coatings were significantly improved by the addition of nano-particles.The wear mechanism of the nanocomposite coatings is abrasive wear and that of the pure nickel coating is mainly abrasive and adhesive wear.
