摘    要:在晶体硅太阳电池组件的封装过程中,如何降低层压工艺中产生裂纹电池的机率,对降低太阳电池组件的返修率,节约生产成本非常重要。在原有层压工艺的基础上,研究了一种分段层压工艺,在不影响层压EVA交联度的前提下,减少了由于太阳电池受力所导致的裂纹。研究表明,在保持层压温度、抽空时间、加压时间不变的情况下,采用分段层压工艺,使太阳电池受力强度减少36%,使太阳电池组件产生裂纹的机率由0.9%下降到0.3%。

Abstract:In the lamination process of encapsulating module, how to decrease module crack is very important for reducing the ratio of repair and saving manufacture cost. Based on the original lamination process, this article have research on the sectioned lamination process. It will be no influence on cross link of EVA, and can also decrease the crack because of pressure. This result show that maintain the lamination temperature, vacuum time and pressure time not change, using the sectioned lamination process can decrease the pressure rate to 36%, then reduce the crack rate in the process of madule manufacture.
