摘    要:针对目前航天技术应用产品常用信号采集方法存在的不足,设计了一种基于DCC(差分调理电路)的智能配电时序器信号采集方法.通过研究差分调理电路传输特性,分析差分调理电路在交流智能配电时序器和直流智能配电时序器不同情形下信号采集的应用情况,确立了基于差分调理电路的最优信号采集电路及采集编程算法.实际应用表明,采用差分调理电路的信号采集方式具有抑制共模,放大差模,抑制温漂,采集精度高,抗干扰能力强的优点.

Abstract:In view of the current signal acquisition shortcomings for the application of space technology products,a kind of intelligent power distribution sequence controller signal acquisition based on differential conditioning circuit(DCC) is designed.By studying the transmission characteristics of DCC,analysis of DCC in AC and DC intelligent power distribution sequence controller signal acquisition under the different circumstances application to establish the optimal signal acquisition circuit and acquisition programming algorithm based on DCC.The practical application shows the signal acquisition by DCC has the advantages of suppression of common-mode,amplified differential mode,inhibition of temperature drift,high precision,and strong anti-interference.
