摘    要:为了研制出夜视兼容照明器件用近红外滤光片,在初步研究了吸收型近红外滤光片制备工艺的基础上,考察了单位面积内近红外吸收剂含量、分散效果、厚度及普通塑料用染料的加入对滤光片可见光透过率、近红外吸收性能及夜视兼容的影响,研究发现,单位面积内近红外吸收剂含量是决定近红外滤光片近红外吸收性能的关键因素,通过调整工艺制备出了厚度为0.70mm的近红外滤光片,该样品颜色及光谱辐亮度均满足夜视兼容照明器件对近红外滤光片的性能要求,与美国同类产品性能相当。

Abstract:In order to develop NIR absorbing filter for NVIS-compatible lighting, the factors affecting the performance of the filters were studied in this article. They are the content of near infrared absorbent per unit area, the dispersing of near infrared absorbent in the filters, the thickness of the filters and the introduction of common dye for plastic. It is found that the content of near infrared absorbent per unit area is the key factor affecting the performance of filters. A NIR filter of 0.70mm thickness was achieved on the optimal conditions, whose color and NR value met the needs of the NVIS-compatible lighting, close to those of the US green filter.
