摘    要:
基于摩擦学方法对悬臂梁安装结构建立物理模型,采用有限元方法计算接触面的应力状态进行求解,然后根据接触力学中的Mindlin方法得出接触面耗散的能量,从而得出接触面产生的滞后误差。通过试验对计算结果进行验证,结果表明悬臂梁的滞后误差与加载额度和最大载荷有关。但最大载荷一定时,相对滞后误差趋近于常数。设计应用悬臂梁式传感器时,要根据载荷确定安装面的结构能够在一定范围内提高悬臂梁传感器的精度。

Analysis of Mindlin model cantilever beam load cell contact time lag error
Abstract:
Based on Tribology of cantilever installation structure to set up the physical model the stress calculation of contact surface state was solved by finite element method, and then obtains the contact surface dissipation energy according to the Mindlin method of contact mechanists. Through the experiment to verify the calculation results, the results show that the error and the loading amount of lag and maximum load of cantilever beam. But the maximum load is given, the relative lag error converges asymptotically to a constant. Design and application of the cantilever beam load cell, according to the load to determine the installation surface structure can improve the cantilever beam sensor precision in a certain range.
