摘    要:珠海发电厂2×700 MW机组需进行脱硝系统、电除尘系统及脱硫系统扩容等改造,原引风机和脱硫增压风机已不能满足改造后机组出力要求,因此需对原引风机及脱硫增压风机进行改造。对几种改造方案的优缺点进行了分析,并对最终采用的引风机与增压风机合并的改造方案进行了介绍。探讨了锅炉炉膛设计瞬态负压内爆的风险,并对该风险所增加的机组保护进行分析描述。

Abstract:Transformations of denitrification systems / ESP system and FGD system are needed in Zhuhai Power Plant 2 × 700 MW units, the original induced draft fan and FGD booster fan can not meet the requirements after transformation, so it is needed to transform the original induced draft fan and FGD booster fan. In this paper, the writer analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several Iransformation programs, explains the induced draft fan and FGD booster fan merger program which is adopted finally, and discusses about the risk of boiler furnace implosion.
