摘    要:通过对城市消防高空瞭望系统进行GIS空间分析建模,在可视域分析的基础上分别计算瞭望点的区域覆盖率、重点单位覆盖率、重点单位重叠覆盖率,并由此建立瞭望点布局优化的综合判据,建立城市消防高空瞭望系统布局优化方法。在铜陵市的应用结果表明,此方法兼顾区域覆盖率指标和对消防重点单位的监控,便于对灭火救援处置现场的全方位实时监控。

Abstract:By creating a spatial analyst model of the urban fire-fighting height-attitude lookout system based on GIS,the regional coverage,key unit coverage,key unit overlapped coverage of vantage points were calculated by visual field analysis,and the integrate rule of optimizing vantage point layout was formulated.The application of the method in Tongling showed that this method considers the region coverage rate as well as the full view monitoring of the fire safety key units,and can realize the comprehensive full...
