LTE高话务场景通信保障方法研究及应用

【】 随着VoLTE技术引入,LTE网络高话务场景的通信保障从数据业务为主转变为兼顾数据及话音的双重保障。该场景下4G用户及业务种类众多,大量用户同时发起语音呼叫,集中并发图片和视频的上传,导致无线接通率急剧下降,严重影响用户感知。本文基于百余场保障经验,创建了完整的保障机制,搭建了精准的评估体系,制定了保障的参数方案,应用整体方案圆满完成了各类通信保障,有效保证了网络运行安全及用户感知良好。

The research and application of communication guarantee approach in LTE dense traffic scene

With the progress of VoLTE Technology , the focus of communication guarantee in LTE dense traffic scene is from data business to both the data and the voice. In this scene, there are a large number of 4G users initiate voice calls, upload pictures and videos, so that many types of business simultaneously. Moreover, the radio call set up success rate of network may decline sharply and seriously impact on user perception. This article creates a complete security mechanism, and set up a precise evaluation system, also develops a set of parameter plan which is based on more than 100 field communication guarantee experience. This project has successfully applied in many types of communication guarantee, which is effectively guarantee the network operation security and users" perception.
