基于SolidWorks的联合参数化设计方法研究

摘    要:尺寸驱动法和程序驱动法是对SolidWorks进行二次开发的两种参数化设计方法。在研究比较现有参数化方法的优缺点的基础上,提出联合法参数化设计,按实现形式分类为串联式与并联式。研究表明,联合参数法在设计中能充分发挥两种参数化方法的优点,降低复杂零件参数化设计的难度。论文基于VC++6.0开发环境编制了联合参数化方法的实现程序,验证了在复杂零件参数化设计中的优越性。

Abstract:Dimension (parameters) driven method and program-driven method are two kinds of parametric design methods of SolidWorks secondary development. This paper proposes a combined parametric design method after studying and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing two parametric design methods, and it is classified as two forms of series and parallel based on implementation ways. The study shows that it can make full use of the advantages of both dimension driven method and program-driven method. The paper develops a program based on Microsoft Visual C++6.0, which verifies its superiority in designing complex parts.
