| Abstract: | The author explores the causes for introducing the incentive mechanism by awarding stock right to the businessmen running enterprises and the main patterns of foreign incentive mechanism by stock right. Furthermore the author introduces and analyzes the current situation of incentive mechanism by awarding stock right to the businessmen running enterprises in China and then proposes some practical suggestions for improving this mechanism. |
