| 摘 要： | 介绍阻燃低烟低卤聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料的研制,通过改变氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)、硼酸锌(2ZnO·3B2O3·5H2O)等的用量,观察PVC电缆料的阻燃效果和发烟量的变化,并综合其力学性能和电性能的变化情况,最终确定阻燃剂的最佳组合及最佳配比。

| Abstract: | It introduced the research and preparation of flame\|retardant PVC cable materials with small smoke and low halogen.The optimum composition and formulation of flame retardant were finally determined by varying the using amount of Al(OH)\-3,Sb\-2O\-3 and 2ZnO·3B\-2O\-3·5H\-2O;observing the flame\|retardant effects and the change of smoke amount generated;and comprehending the change in mechanical properties and electrical properties of PVC cable material. |
